Refund Policy
Taj Attar & Perfume is not responsible for any damage after the delivery of products. An unboxing video with the original packaging is mandatory for any claims related to missing items, leakage, breakage, damage, or incorrect products.
- To claim a refund, please contact our customer care at +91 9767999575 or email us at help@tajattarandperfume.com with necessary images and videos related to your claim. Use the subject line: “Refund For [Order ID]”.
- If a package is tampered with, damaged, or defective, kindly refuse to accept it from the delivery partner on the spot.
- If the order is marked as delivered but has not been received by you, please contact our customer care team within 3 days of the product being marked as delivered. No refunds will be processed after this period.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Cash on delivery refunds will be processed to the bank account provided by the customer within 4-7 working days.
- Refund claims must be made within 24 hours of order delivery with all required details.
- If accepted, your refund may take up to 15 days to be credited from the day of refund acceptance by Taj Attar & Perfume. We will provide you with all details, including screenshots and the transaction ID, once the refund is initiated.
Return Policy
In extreme cases of product damage (leakage, breakage, or missing items) during transit, a refund or exchange can be initiated after thorough verification according to the refund policy.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse. A gateway charge of 2.5% will be deducted for cancellations.
- Refunds for paid orders will be credited to the original payment account within 15 days of cancellation acceptance.
- Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped. If a shipped prepaid order is returned to us, a deduction of ₹75 will be applied.
